O-ten Ita Foundation

In 2009, the foundation was incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja – Nigeria, under the registration number CAC/IT/NO 3122. The foundation was born out of an uncontrollable passion for supporting less privileged women and children in both rural and urban communities.

Strategic Direction: Agriculture and Livelihood

The foundation's efforts in this area aim to empower communities through sustainable livelihoods, encompassing various initiatives: Agriculture intervention will be based on current realities and will involve the following set of strategies: Production (food) and increased Agriculture output, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Food Preservation, Marketing, Creation of linkages and review of existing government opportunities for loans, Women and Girls Empowerment

Agricultural Training: : Oten Ita Foundation is Providing comprehensive training and resources for modern farming techniques, crop management, and livestock rearing to enhance food security and income levels.

Microfinance and Entrepreneurial Support: We are Offering financial support and business development training to enable women and youth to establish and expand small businesses, fostering economic independence.

Market Access: Facilitating access to local and international markets for agricultural products, ensuring fair prices and sustainable income for farmers.
