ABOUT

O-ten Ita Foundation (OTF) was founded in 1993 and registered with the Cross River State and Calabar Municipality Local Government Council in 2004.

In 2009, the foundation was incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja - Nigeria, under the registration number CAC/IT/NO 3122.

The foundation was born out of an uncontrollable passion for supporting less privileged women and children in both rural and urban communities.

The primary goal is to empower these marginalized groups socio-economically and provide them with a platform to participate in socio-economic development actively.

OTF operates on a fiscal year running from 1st January to 31st December.
